(July 9, 2021, 10:51 pm)Unfortunately Firestone does not have a free estimate in diagnosing what is wrong with the car.
I paid 9.99 for them to say it was going to cost 428.00 to fix my vehicle.
I'm giving this location 5 stars, because Robert was very professional and told me the truth about what was wrong with my vehicle.
Robert and this location will not change you for things that don't need to be fixed.....I know because I took my vehicle to 4 other locations, and all of them said different things were wrong with my vehicle...only Robert was telling the truth.
