Lāʻie Point State Wayside

Gorgeous spot with crashing waves and an arch. Not appropriate for swimming, but you'll get some great photos. Well worth a visit if you're anywhere nearby. Caveat: very limited parking, even though we were there in the off-season.

One of the most beautiful places for a sunrise on the island! Definitely worth the drive there. We've come here multiple times for sunrise whenever we have guests and they love it. Just remember to be respectful of the area and the residents in the neighborhood.

Nice view and cool spot to hangout for a little bit. If you were to jump from the point, please be cautious and jump when the waves are not that strong. There was troubleshoot even with locals that had jumped when it was strong waves. My recommendation don't jump at all.

Such an awesome stop. One of the coolest ocean viewpoints on the entire north shore. It’s so easy to park and you are right there on the scene. There are maybe 4-5 parking spots you can use right there. This is where they filmed a scene in forgetting Sarah Marshall
