The guy that helped me was very helpful. Got exactly what I wanted. It was cheaper than what I saw it online for. And I didn't have to wait weeks to receive it.

Store clerk was really helpful in making sure that I got the correct windshield wipers for my car. Good customer service at the Kailua store which is important to me. Napa is right down the road if customer service was poor at O'Reilly.

Manu not only took the extra steps to ensure I had the correct parts. However on top of that he assembled my parts and taught me how to do it so I would be able to do it in the future. Thanks manu for all of your help

Standard O'reilly's. If you get a knowledgeable employee, very good. If you are helped by someone who doesn't know car repair, you're on your own. This location has both but everyone is friendly at least.
