HI VAL-U YOGA

I enjoyed a meal with my family at this Nampa Denny's. We called ahead to let them know about our large party. We had a wonderful server named Heather. She was cool, calm and handled our crazy family. I hope she can see the message and know how thankful we are for her helping us make our gathering special.

We ordered off the 19.99 menu. It was very good. The cheese sticks were delicious and the xhkn fried steak with white country gravy was excellent. Black Peppery, yummy. Then we even got dessert, strawberry cheesecake. Oh my. We substituted a small dinner salad instead of one of the sides and it was FRESH! BILL WAS 28.00 INCLUDING beverages. Service was great too but not a lot of business which was nice, well for us not the business or server. I recommend Denny's now especially since it has new owners who seem to be running a good tight ship!!!

Val is amazing! She is the most knowledgeable yoga teacher I’ve ever experienced!

Every class is different. I've been going for several years and each class is thoughtfully prepared and demonstrated. If you are a serious Yoga practitioner and you appreciate expert guidance in your Asana then this is the place for you. This is not the place if you are just going to drop in occasionally for a workout. This is a work-in.

I've done yoga with Val for 12 years. She is an AMAZING person. Her class has helped me understand how my body works and take a preventative outlook on my health. I wish that I could attend class everyday. It helps keep me balanced :)

Val is an exceptional, precise, thorough, experienced, gifted teacher of Iyengar yoga. She has had over 30 years of practice, training and workshops in Iyengar yoga. She is extremely knowledgeable: so much so, that she is able to adapt every class, whether a student is a beginner or advanced, that creates an environment of access to the benefits of yoga.
The setting is fresh and open, ample parking on nearby public streets and all the props are provided.
