I always read the reviews before i go anywhere, but I have to say the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable, helpful, nice, and polite. I took a sample of water in and she did a test on it and told me exactly what to do and to bring another sample back after doing everything and she would see where the pool is at as far as chemicals. 1 visit is all it took for me to know this is my permanent pool store. update: I took the sample back and she told me what I needed to do again and so I bought the stuff and it worked great. They are defiantly not telling me these things just to buy their products, because A. it is working B. it needed the things she recommended. The owners of the house we bought built a patio cover where all the debris run off he roof into the pool which caused the problem. We fixed the cover and fixed the pool problem. 100% would recommend Terrells.”
