“This is in response to 561 guy yep We don't have any experience responding to bad reviews because we have never had one. But we think it is important to have all of the facts presented so people can decide whether or not to do business with us. We did say that it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete the repairs when in fact the vehicle was here for 6 weeks and 3 days counting weekends. While it was longer than the time you were told and the time we wanted, it was not over 2 months as you stated. We did encounter unexpected delays which we are sorry about, however you were provided with a loaner car to help compensate for your inconvenience. Another fact which you failed to mention is that you were given a full refund of your $1960.00 deposit even though we spent over $2000.00 in parts and labor on your vehicle ( and we gave you the new parts ).”

“Mr.Ellis the mechanic here knows his stuff. I first brought in a BMW, and he replaced the alternator(ran like a beauty afterwards!). I then brought in a VW Jetta, he replaced the valve cover gasket(still running good to this day!) Reasonable prices, QUICK TURNAROUND, trusted mechanic.”
