Walter did an excellent job on our carpets. He was very thorough and was focused on ensuring our carpets were clean when he was finished. (Other companies we have used were focused on getting out as soon as possible).

We needed to hire a carpet cleaning company per our leasing company upon moving out. Found them online, Walter help assist with scheduling and got us scheduled for a quick 5 day turnaround time which is rare being close to Christmas.

Our technician Matthew showed up on time was friendly, courteous, and very engaging throughout the entire process. He was explaining different issues that carpets face due to various stains and pet odor, and how to prevent them. It was a great education experience.
