Losing weight is hard to do but if you will stay on the low carb diet that the doctor recommends, the pounds will come off. I have a tip that I do that makes it a little easier. I have a low carb treat every day. Kroger makes a low carb milk. I have 8 ounces of the vanilla flavor after dinner in crushed ice which is 3 net carbs. It is takes care of my sweet tooth and I don't blow my diet.”

The hospital didn't take the right ex-rays n failed to find my problem. I'm very happy with this orthopedic office. I give the whole place a 100 if I were grading them. As I mentioned , Dr.Tan is a wonderful doctor. She knows her business as a Doctor. Yes, I'm very happy.”
