“I hit a deer on Monday, gave D&L Multi Services a call and Delano was extremely helpful and very reassuring. My right passenger headlight was busted, front grill was broken (exposing the radiator), and my number was loose. “If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I stopped by on July 12 because I had a check engine light come on, and Mr. David and Mr. Josh were so nice and helpful. They've explained the process of how everything would go since I was using my warranty. They told me to bring it back up the next morning, and they would drive it and test it all out to see what needed to be done. I had the car up there at 9, and I got a call around 2 saying everything was done and it was ready to be picked up! These fellas went above and beyond their call of duty, and I will forever be grateful for all their help. I have found my forever mechanic shop! Thank you, guys, for everything you've done! “The front desk employee will work with you if you are told that your vehicle needs a new engine; I was told up front all the details; yes, all the reviews that say that this place takes longer than a month to do certain repairs are absolutely true; however, the people that work here and the friends they know next door at the Transmission Repair Shop and the Local Tow Truck Driver are all in a large family together and shall work with you, if you let them; you will neeed to have a ton of money and a ton of patience if you are getting expensive repairs that have a delay to them; you can have an invoice sent to you via electronic mail; all you have to do is be polite and ask nicely for an updated invoice for the repairs; they shall work with you on the costs and how soon you are able to pay the costs up front; Five out of Five Stars; if you think you are not receiving the timely communication that you desire, then just email and call them until you get the results that were desired.”

Same honest service back then. Now I think it is the sons running it. Got not only the best deal but SERVICE.
