“We lost our house in the recent tornado in Locust Grove. That being said my mother in law had to find us some storage for our things so that we could salvage what wasn't damaged. This facility was super helpful(especially with her being out of town). William was super nice and helpful and I don't know the lady's name that was there Saturday but even without power she made sure I could still get a lock. The facility is well kept and in great condition. The lighting is excellent and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank for helping so much in such a rough time for us”

“Checked in at 11:45 am. for a 2 pm. appointment and got out at 12:40pm. The guard shack was nice and fast, but the shipper lady tried to hold me back and make me wait for my appointment. But the warehouse guy said, we can get it unloaded now. No over night parking.”

“Had 7am appointment, they unlock shipping&recieving office for checking in at 7:15am. I'd suggest arriving 30 minutes early. ALL IFCO loads must check in on the far side of building that Google shows inline plastic on. IFCO check in office is at the very far corner of the building. You'll probably unload on the other side where the 1st entrance is that has a sign saying employee parking. The 3rd entrance is where you must check in and has a sign saying shipping and receiving. Did have drivers say there's usually a 5 plus hr wait but when I docked it didn't take but about 45 minutes. I arrived early, was first in line and had a 7am appointment.”

“I have hired the Quick Dollie moving company about 4 times in a 5 year span, and I have to say that there is no other moving company that I will use. They are always on time and they work so proficiently. My furniture was wrapped in plastic to protect it and they use cloth tarps to cover some of my precious items, like my TV. They reassemble the things that they have to take apart, for ex. the bed and washer and dryer. Customer service is top notch! I am very pleased with this company!”

“1000 appt 0900 check in 1130 unloaded with paperwork DELIVERY: Be very careful here as to showing up early for delivery. I was a day early and they wanted to charge $75 for a work in. the most they allow you to be is one hour before deli ery and if your 30 minutes past your grace period of your appointment time, they will also charge you $75 There is no getting around it so I opted to come back an hour before my appointment time. The guards are slow. They have cones preventing you from entering before check in. The guards will ask for your PO# , phone number and your drivers license. They will also check your seal Check into Receiving which stairs are by a green air conditioning unit, and you will immediately be given a door. Its a red light/ green light system and the office will call you when to get your bills. I had a frozen load and the office says they go by appointments. Once you receive your paperwork upon exiting the facility, the guards will check your paperwork for the PO# once again, Take your phone number once again and check the back of your trailer before moving the lime green cone. It took longer to exit than to enter which I feel was a waste of time once your unloaded but not the guards fault, its their company protocol. I've heard of people being here over 8 hours, but that wasn't the case for me. This company exceeded expectations for a delivery. maybe because I had a semi-early appointment. No lumper fees which was nice huge yard with plenty of room to maneuver and tern around”
