“My experience at AHS was positive. Staff team members were helpful upon entering the store and also while I browsing. I was asked occasionally have you been helped? I was also introduced to the manger of the store. It was pleasant experience. The team members didn't mind giving an opinion, when asked for their input. I was shopping for a table and chair set. I didn't like the chairs that came with the table. I was shown alternate chairs. The sale person moved different styles of chairs over where the table were located. Because I asked and the person appeared not to mind doing it. I wanted to see how the color scheme and style would match the table. The table was selected because, it was a good fit for the area in my kitchen.. Honestly, I had been looking for a table and chair set to meet my expectations for nearly a year and a half. “You have to understand this is like a discount barn or even a flea market. It's not fancy or splashy. Service is adequate but not outstanding. Salespeople will go out of their way to make a sale. You will get a name brand appliance at a good price and that's about it. They have a "set in place" delivery service. We have purchased a fridge and a dishwasher here and happy with both. Recommend looking online and then coming to the store for purchase. Remember ... You come here for the price. Nothing more.”
