“I have two children in karate at championship martial arts and they love it. Not only do they love it my wife and I do as well. It provides focus, structure, and discipline for the kids. They teach and reinforce a lot of the values we teach and home and vice versa. Although I have never had any issues with behavior from my kids I have noticed a huge difference in then since they started, the confidence and the attention to detail that they give. My wife and I love it and we have a 3rd child that will be starting as soon as she is old enough to do so.”

“Very friendly, though she did not introduce herself so I didn't get her name. She did a great job fixing up the at home styling mess I had created. I would recommend to anyone.who isn't looking for the "salon" experience and just needs a cute affordable cut and color done by a seasoned professional. My only criticisms were it's definitely a no frills kind of place. So don't be expecting to be ultra pampered so there's no water or coffee and tea service or beer and wine ( I used to love going to the salon back in Boston on Thursday or Friday evening for just this little extra they threw in) They do a good job and she kept good conversation. They weren't busy at all and I think that's due to her location more than anything. I drove right by the place because it's a little hard to spot, but other than those what I would consider minor things, I had a great experience and my hair looks fantastic”

“Will is very knowledgeable, and generally, I feel I've been given a good price for the work I've had done there. I've had them do about a half dozen repairs on 3 different cars, and every time, the issue has been resolved, and for the price quoted. If I have one complaint, it's that sometimes they don't have space to take a car when I call. However, in fairness, that's not unique to this shop right now (all the shops seem to be slammed recently), and it's probably a testament to their quality of work that they're popular enough to be full at times.”

“In response to Margo Taylor's review. Mrs . Taylor, as you know, I almost had no contact with you regarding this project. Yes my NEW salesman Neal was in charge of this project. Neal is new to the company but far from new to the business. He's competent, honest and diligent. He discussed the project with me. He informed me that you wanted to cover the windows and asked me how to price that portion of the job. In other words, Mrs. Taylor, Neal did NOT "change up the game". On the contrary, Neal informed your husband, who was managing the project for you that there would be additional charges to cover the windows. And yes that conversation was subsequent to the quote he had given to your husband. However, your husband did NOT want to pay the additional. In fact he based his argument on the fact that Neal had already given him a price and your husband insisted that he wanted it done but he didnt want to pay for it because he'd already gotten a price. Never mind that the price he'd received DID NOT include covering the windows...Mr Taylor insisted on NOT paying for the extra work. Well...I cannot run my business in that manner. Notwithstanding, I'm supersensitive to the needs of my customers but not to the point of allowing myself or my staff to be manipulated. Your husband then proceeded to denigrate our work and my staff...all totally uncalled for. I made the decision to simply remove all of the material we installed and issue a full refund. Why? I didnt feel that we could make your husband happy...even after i agreed to go ahead and NOT charge the extra money, he still wasn't happy so i removed the material and issued the refund. Thank you very very much for your comments...I sincerely appreciate it!”
