Gerald was great. Quick response, quick tow, very reasonable price. Took less than an hour from first call to drop off. They’d be my first call if I ever need a tow again.

Wow!!! J.T., his son and daughter-in-law are the kindest and most pleasant folks I have ever encountered in my 33 + years of driving a vehicle. I've probably only had to be towed 4 times in my life, but this was above and beyond in both service and customer service! They gave us a firm price over the phone. J.T. came to pick us up quickly and was so cheerful. He drove professionally and delivered us and our car to the destination with a smile on his face. Thanks to all the wonderful people at McDonough Towing!
