This was on your invoice - NO WARRANTY ON TRANSMISSION / CLUTCH- BELL HOUSING BOLTS WERE CROSS THREADED - SOME BOLTS WERE MISSING - TRANSMISSION SEPARATING FROM TOP
Customer refused to make repairs which voided any warranty on the clutch. Also, truck was missing motor mounts. We urged you not to take truck off the yard as it was a danger to others to be on the road. Customer asked mechanic how long he had with transmission and we could not even guarantee it leaving the yard without the necessary repairs. This is a DOT violation waiting to happen. If you see JayDay Express driving down the road please get away from it as it is a danger to anyone on the road.
