It's been a long time since I've seen a Physician that listens and who I feel truly HEARD what I'd said. Dr. Benjamin walked in the room with a genuine smile (I could tell even though she was wearing a mask) and warm greeting. She introduced herself and I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. She asked me questions and listened when I replied. I was able to tell her issues I was concerned about. I also shared with her the type of primary care physician I was looking for as well as my reasons for seeking a new care provider. After meeting Dr. Benjamin today I knew choosing her to be my new primary care physician was the right decision. I couldn't wait to call my friend who referred me to thank her. “I had put off getting my wisdom teeth removed for almost two year and I finally had them taken out this past week. The people at the office are so kind and it’s a very lighthearted environment making it pretty easy to become more comfortable. The ladies that took care of me could tell that I was nervous but assured me I would be alright and were so sweet! Dr. Rogers is very “to the point” and there’s nothing wrong with that! Please disregard all the negative comment above, she is one of the most friendly doctor I've met in my life and I believe, she is very knowledgeable and professional doctor. She explained my skin condition issues properly, timely. We should understand that her work is to take care of patient, and there are many of them in line waiting for their treatment. We should learn not to waste time of the medical core with unnecessary histories and comment, so they can focus in applying their competencies to solve our issues. Overexplaining does not help in any domain, once the doctor get your point, trust his/her work, and pray God to help you get better. “My first visit with Dr. Cha went very well. He was very polite and patient with me and seemed very focused on listening to what I had to say. I appreciated his willingness to help me plan a better way to manage my Cholesterol and some issues with my peripheral neuropathy so I could sleep better.
