Professional Cleaners

I am very happy the the repair work they did to some snaps on my wife's pants. Great work and less than I was expecting. The owner was very friendly and helpful to both me, but the customer head of me.

I have used this cleaner many times and he is very friendly. I have never beem charged more than what was agreed. No cleaner can work miracles and some stains just don't come out, if you give him something permanently damaged, but everything I have ever given him has always come back clean, pressed and fresh. I have no idea why someone would say they got something back dirty without providing photos of the dirty clothing and the receipt proving it was actually cleaned here. It sounds like that could be a bitter person being dishonest about the reason for their bad review. I get irritated when I see a place that has always given me such good service being bad mouthed by someone who likely never even came here. Be it a competitor, or an isolated case of unrealistic expectations, I have never seen the guy who runs this place ever return clothes uncleaned. Post pictures with the receipt if you are going to make claims like this, or you are just making unsubstantiated claims.
