“I live in Florida now but I wanted to leave a review because this was my mechanic since 2020 and he deserves 5 stars . First of all I’d like to say that Randy is truly a genuine and caring person. Every single time that I have come here for car issues he has done an excellent job at a reasonable price. He is honest about what you need and does things right! And he does not try to sell you extra services, only what you truly need! He is an honest mechanic. All of the workers here are hard working and always welcome you with a smile too. Oil changes are done excellently as well, and at an affordable price. I have been to several mechanics in Gwinnett before - and no one compares to Sonamoo’s level of service and integrity. Even after moving to a new city, I have yet to find another mechanic as great as Sonamoo. “About a week ago I went and got my windows tinted at this location. They went over all the different types and percentages of tints. Got my side windows and my rear window tinted on my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta GLI. They informed me that CarMax where I had gotten the car from had previously removed tints that the car had but did it improperly. Tint world was able to fix there mistakes and had me satisfied with my choice. Will definitely be returning to this location for future tinting needs.”

“So glad I found this shop. My brake control was not working and the dealer would take days just to diagnose. James told me what the issue was within 5 minutes and how to handle it. Installed an after market system which I came to find out was much better than the factory one which tends to go bad quickly. He bypassed the existing wiring and job was very professional and done the same day. Highly recommended!”

“This was my first experience purchasing a BMW, but thanks to Ivan and BMW Gwinnett Place, it won’t be the last. Funny thing is, I went to United before coming here and they acted like they didn’t need my money. My experience here was the complete opposite - from the moment I walked in the door, Ivan took care of me and wanted to help me find something I loved. Yet I never felt pressured or that I was anything other than a valued present and future customer. They had even made a mistake in allowing me to test drive a car (the car I ended up getting) that had actually been reserved by another customer. It all worked out in the end, but they did everything they could in that moment to try to make it right. I was so appreciative of that. United doesn’t need your money - I very highly recommend Gwinnett Place. I’ll be back.”

“I needed my brakes replaced and additional preventive maintenance done on my car and I was able to schedule an appointment on Sunday morning at 10AM. I arrived early and they were able to start the work almost immediately. The price and quote provided was reasonable and they honored web coupons that I brought with me. My car feels and runs so much better and the “brake light” is no longer on. I was back on the road within two hours. I highly suggest making an online appointment prior to going to the store.”

“The owner is the master mechanic here. Below him is another master mechanic and an apprentice mechanic. I believe the owners wife works there as well. The languages spoken here include; English, Korean, and Spanish. For basic service, such as an oil change the service is fast, cheaper than the competitor, and detailed (unlike other places leaving oil stained finger prints and just being rude). I have my oil service done here. There was once a time when I went to another oil service only to get pestered with needless fees and annoying sales pitches. I will never go anywhere else again. I had my car fixed here several times. They can fix anything and if they can't they will still find ways to help! This place will not rip you off. Like others have said, "It is very hard to find a honest mechanic these days." The culture here represents honesty. It is a very easy going environment. It is a great small business, trust me!”
