She takes the time to listen to any concerns we have and answers our questions. She is very personable and never makes us feel stupid. She even gives us tips and assured us we aren’t the only parents that are going through difficult times. We are now taking our newborn to her and she will ask how our son is doing when he isn’t with us. She makes us feel like friends not patients”

“My son has severe allergyn asthma and aspergers. Between the first and the latter, we have had to request new equipment a few different times over the years. I THANK GOD for such AMAZING, KIND, and EFFICIENT, customer service!!!! We LOVE Mr. Neb!!!! I had a service agent come out on a weekend and his own time, asked by a coworker I spoke to on the phone, bc they empathize with how serious his attacks could be.... And every other time, just speaking on the phone or asking for something he needed new of. No nastiness, no questions other than need to know basic info., and you can tell they really care about their clients. God bless y'all!!!!”

“If you read my reviews, you know I don't compliment often, but WOW, Brent is very knowledgeable, very professional, and very fast! First off, finding a "machine shop" that does auto parts is a challenge, but a couple of industrial shops I called actually directed me to him. In just a couple of hours he got my four axles pieces ready, and then was extra helpful in answering all my questions about assembly back onto my truck. Oh and the price, exactly what I expected. Great guy, highly recommended!”
