“Let’s start with the most important — the food! The food is AMAZING and Nur has the potential to be one of the best restaurants in Atlanta. Truly. I have lived in both Turkey and Israel and am so grateful to have this food here. The chef is incredibly talented. However, the service is incredibly awful. We were one of three tables and sat with our empty plates in front of us for 20 minutes before we were able to get anyone’s attention. After that, it took even longer to get a box and our check. We wanted to order dessert but could not risk another hour just sitting there. Please train your servers better because it is the only thing getting in the way of this restaurant being amazing. This is not a staff shortage issue as there were more people working than full tables. They all just hung out around the kitchen. The bathrooms needed a lot of attention too even though we were the first ones there for dinner. With so much potential, I hope we can return in a few months to a totally different atmosphere.”
