With the wife being in a wheelchair they decided to wait out the rain. However several employees came over with a large umbrella and helped them into the van and even loaded the wheelchair for her while getting soaked themselves. Definitely a step above on customer service!”

To add, their facility was very clean and I can't say the same for the one near my house. They need to seriously clean their restrooms at store #100. Not this one though, everything was clean, everyone had a smile on their face and seemed happy to serve me my $5 Monday smoothie. The guy here even opened the door for me. I honestly feel like this location should be the standard to ALL other locations. real talk. From the smell to the cleanliness, to the employees. “Not sure why so many bad reviews but we love New China! We get takeout at least twice a month and never have issues - it’s always ready on time and the food is great! We like the Mongolian beef and teriyaki chicken. The egg rolls are great and it’s the only place we’ve found in the area with meat-only fried wontons. Definitely recommend!”

“It was really good! I want to give it 4*'s for flavour but 5* as a business. Taste was pretty good, food wasn't sloppily thrown together- felt some quality/care. Their tomato sauce is REALLY good but that same level is missing from some of their other items. Prices are a little high, but so are the portions and ingredients. They didn't skimp out on anything- lots of meat, cheese, etc. in my food. If you're willing to drop the extra few $, you get a product that doesn't feel like someone corporate is pinching pennies. “We really enjoyed these wings. We ordered thru GrubHub and the wings were still delicious after sitting in take out containers. Only complaint is the sweet heat wings had no sweet, I think they forgot to put the strawberry honey sauce on them. We reheated the fries in the airfryer so they were nice and crispy. We will definitely try to go to the restaurant next time.”

“Very good pizza and super fast baking time. We had the hankering for pizza last night and were looking for something close. I found this on Google and decided to give it a chance given the high ratings - I was not disappointed. We ordered the all meat pizza and it was really good. It reminded me of the early days of Pizza Hut minus the grease but with the traditional style crust. It was lite on the sauce which I really love and heavy on the meat. My wife was really hungry as well which is why I appreciate the fast cook time. Very good experience overall!”
