“Today was my first visit to this facility, but Bailey’s. It was an awesome experience. The check-in and out process was quick and efficient. Christina, was amazing with him and me. She patiently answered ALL of my questions with great alternatives to better ways to manage my new puppy and he showed no sign of distress or discomfort from shots. Dr. Hyde-Nance had great energy, was also patient, and knowledgeable. Super excited that Bailey has a great care team. Love the customer service and accessibility through texting!”

“Oh wow I’m really surprised at all the negative feed back. I have only received positive experiences when going here. The only concern of mine is there’s not enough hair selections to choose from so I tend to shop at the other BSS which are not black owned and that within itself bothers me ?. I do understand that people steal no matter their race but if that’s why most of the customers are being prejudged at this particular location then that’s not right because what black owners and black management need to understand is that we are your business and we must be treated with respect and dignity unless “proven” otherwise. Black Americans in this country have more buying power than we realize and when we come together as we often have and history proves this, we can shut the doors of businesses down AND all it will take are a few locals to get a permit after contacting the owner of the plaza and then moving forward with a simple boycott of the business. Also people wouldn’t take the time to post negative reviews back to back if their weren’t some truth to their claims....and to the few one’s who have given the majority of us a bad rap and have to be subjected to an unnecessary watchful eye.....STAY THE HELL OUT of there so folk can shop in peace.”
