The curriculum was so holistic — giving me a strong grounding in the philosophy of yoga, an understanding of human anatomy so that I can teach my students from a more informed (and safe!) place, and even information on holistic business fundamentals so that I felt confident moving forward and building my career post-training. I felt completely free to process at my own pace and in my own way, and it was clear that the program had been intentionally designed to honor and speak to all kinds of learning styles.
