“Could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and the bedside manner of the entire staff. Customer service is truly lacking in the healthcare field BUT Dr. Gordon and his staff got it right! They were personal yet, professional. They showed compassion but not overbearing. When I met Dr. Gordon on my initial visit he was very warm and easy to talk with. He explained the procedure and allowed time for any questions. I did not feel rushed. After my procedure (under anesthesia) Dr. Gordon and his staff made sure I was in good shape before allowing me to go home. Cudos again to the entire Staff. If you want to have a good experience with excellent customer service, you found a great place.”
