The nurse practitioner Kim and the center coordinator and multioffice trainer (whose name I just forgot 😐) – Are wonderful. They are always encouraging and nonjudgmental. They always take good care of me and motivate me. They are a wonderful group and I have come back several times when I lost my own motivation and needed to restart. I highly recommend this center. They have always been consistently excellent.

This was the best choice I made to lose these pandemic pounds so rapidly. I started at 180 lbs and 2 months later I was down to 155 lbs. I was so shocked with my great weight loss results in such a short period of time. Now 2 months later the weight is still off. It's like my metabolism has been reset.
