Absolutely love Joey!!! The atmosphere is so zen and it’s just such an enjoyable experience. So glad I found them!

Joey is the best and truly has been the biggest blessing for me this last year. Kate and then staff truly make an effort to get to know everyone personally and make connections and relationships! Prior to joining Joey, I never did Pilates and found it all very overwhelming but now love it. Dance cardio has been my favorite though to keep me motivated and making me feel cool! I started Joey last year and continued going all the way until I was induced with my daughter this past May. I recently returned and cannot say enough about the support from staff but also other members! Joey is it’s own community! Take a clsss…become a member…you won’t regret it!

Joey is a great place to begin Pilates. I started two months ago and am amazed at what I can do now that seemed impossible then. I am coming 5 days per week now and have 3-4 different instructors most weeks. I love them all and the amazing nuance that each one adds. The studio is elegant, clean, and comfortable. Joey sets a high bar for what I now expect from a Pilates studio.

There's no place like Joey! The instructors are all incredible, each with their own style, giving you a variety of workouts that simultaneously challenge and relax you. Kate has created an amazing environment that's unlike any other studio around and truly makes you feel welcome and at home in the space, which is so hard to find!
