“Rating my experience at this facility is unique, because the massage therapist Ely Dowds WAS the experience. The facility is easy to find, with good parking and easy access. The decor was very nice, crisp and clean, modern and stylish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, the massage is what made the experience a standout, not to be missed! Ely was personable and very professional. I requested deep tissue massage while explaining a few injuries I have been healing, and she was very thorough. Attentive and knowledgeable, she was easily able to assess and identify my problem areas, even ones I didn't know were problematic! It is readily evident that she has a passion for healing and therapy, and she is immensely skilled in her craft. She has skilled hands, strong and capable, but responsive enough to make the session as therapeutic as possible while staying within my comfort threshold. A true professional, I was comfortable and at ease during the entire session, and experienced genuine therapy and helpful healing. She was also eager to share her knowledge and instruct me on helpful body mechanics. Her experience and talent for this profession is easily apparent, and I highly recommend her to anyone serious about true healing massage therapy.”

“Informative, customized, and extremely safe strength training on the ARX. I love the personalized 30 minute workouts. The vasper is great too - helps increase my energy and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I use the Dexa scan every few months to help track my progress and know exactly what is happening with my body- I am losing fat and gaining muscle which is the goal so I love having that information so I can make sure that I do not lose muscle while trying to lose weight.
