“We visit my wife's relatives in Georgia once or twice a year, a couple years ago we discovered Red Door Consignment. First time was 2020 and last year. This year we're going to stop over and found out about the devastating fire. So we looked up on Google to see what happened, I believe these negative reviews are related so more than what they divulge... you know each story has 2 sides. All I can say is that the few times we have stopped at Red Door, we're always well received, and always found a few great items at great prices. Some made great Christmas gifts. “You may not believe these are two photos of the same couch. We can barely believe it ourselves, and we're thrilled with the new look! This couch was in my husband's family since the 1970s and he's always enjoyed its fit for his tall frame -- but he never liked the fabric. Over the years, it got ripped by cat claws and the cushions began to sag, so we finally decided to do something about it. Happily, we went to Sarah's Home Design. The team at Sarah's worked with us to fit our style with the right fabrics, colors and details. They were helpful and honest about the process at every step. During the reconstruction process, the upholster found some issues. They called us and we met with him to discuss options. My husband, who is a frugal man, was so impressed with the upholsterer's craftsmanship and knowledge that he quickly gave the green light for more extensive work to make the couch the best it could be. Now we have a signature piece of furniture that's customized, looks magnificent, feels wonderful to sit on, and will last another 45+ years at least!”

What I will say is there a long time associate who I've seen many times in my visits to this store who seems to have an issue with people like me as in, she makes no effort to offer assistance or answer any questions in a helpful manner. Now I will also state that this store is always very clean and organized and all other associates I've encountered were exceptional. It seems the associate I speak of is in need of retraining in diverse behavior. I am extremely frustrated because the item in question that she refused to assist me with was something I had been on the hunt for, for a long time. Please do better.”

“We had a kitchen remake by Frugal several years ago, but this review isn't about that. We began to see some wearing away of the paint around many drawer and cabinet door handles several years after completion. My husband was sure Frugal would never help us because of the amount of time lapsed. What a nice surprise when I called Frugal! They quickly came and took the doors and drawer fronts that we were having problems with and returned and installed them. Now, our kitchen looks great.”

“I was greeted with a friendly hello are you a new customer as I enter the building The service today was very friendly and down to earth. Today was a different group of ladies. I came in to make a payment and found out that the Sales representative messed up my order yesterday. (Everybody makes mistakes.) But she was very kind and patient, and that’s what I like. However, I’m so grateful for the young lady showing me what I was paying for today, had she not done that I would’ve never knew that the order was not right! I’m so thankful for that. I would of been so disappointed if they order the wrong thing, and had to start over. Nice and clean place. Beautiful furniture I would say affordable! My opinion! They do have layaway! They don’t deliver but they do have a list of delivery services for you. I notice No one had on mask tho. But I had mine on.? #happy customer ?”
