Quickly to get loaded.... when I reached my dock the Forklift driver was ready to load Me .... there’s is overnight parking and to reach Shipping & receiving office Go past the first entrance.... the warehouse is shared with Subaru DC .... Just go to the end of the Building.... office is located halfway ..... God Bless these People!!!!. Posdata: I was overweight on my tandems......they fixed right away..... unloaded & reloaded in 30 minutes .”

“The only person you going to be speaking to is the guard. The guard cut the seal put my paperwork in the back of the truck I got a door right away and offloaded me in no time. When I got the green light you just pull up and get your paperwork out of the back of the trailer. I know they had some trailer parking there but I don't know if you can get a 10 in there or not. You might want to call them up.”

“XPO Logistics at the Lithia Springs/Skyview location had the ability to be a wonderful company to work for and promised advancement within to advance your career. However, when it came time for advancement they ignored the hard working employees that deserved promotion and hired from outside or other employees not so deserving. This in return gave management positions to people that knew nothing about company policies and had to be trained by employees that should have been promoted. Relationships that should be built within to provide proper communication between customer service and client solutions were ignored and caused constant high volume of complaints. Customer service should be an essential necessity for any company to grow and make the customer want to continue to do business. XPO overworked employees/representatives with constant changes and no compensation, which in return, caused a high turnover and sorry work performance and/or customer service.The best part was the benefits, but no job is worth you having high blood pressure and being over worked and under paid and having management ignore your needs to improve productivity. I sincerely apologize that XPO had to lose a hard, dedicated worker such as myself. I will take the knowledge that I acquired over the years and apply myself at the fullest of my ability in hopes of a better career opportunity. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to be a part of the former team, Menlo/Conway. July would have marked 5 years at that facility! I wish the company lots of success in the years to come.”
