“I went to Torrid for the first time and had the best experience. Initially I was hesitant and nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted by both employees upon entry. Stephanie was the best. She helped me so much and was there every step of the way for any questions I had. She helped me choose and look for my size in different styles and had great suggestions. She was so sweet and helpful and very patient. She made my experience a pleasant one. She definitely deserves employee of the month award. “I really wanted to give them 31/2 stars not as low as a 3 but not quite a 4 because they're coupons are soooooo confusing and the quality of their fine jewelry is not always .... well let's just say make sure to double check your pieces before removing the blue tag as you should anyway. They do have great sales and when you can get a good coupon which they have often you will get a most excellent deal.”
