Staff is nice. Allstate still has some updating to do with their apps. Haven’t had to file any claims. We saved money using Allstate. Not bad so far.
The agency is fine. There was an issue with documentation getting to the mortgage company but it appears to have been an email miscommunication or something to that effect. Overall it is fine as long as they keep their rates low."
