The office was exceptionally clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The receptionist was friendly, professional and informative. The nurse called me promptly, took my vital signs and entered my history into the system. She was patient and kind throughout. I was extremely pleased with Dr. Carmichael, she was timely, friendly, informative and was gentle. I especially liked how she explained each aspect of the examination.
