(January 12, 2023, 6:43 pm)Today I had the pleasure of walking into this Bank of America branch. A pleasure because of the excellent service and courteous greeting I received today. I've been doing business with B of A for over 40 years and had my doubt of continuing business with this company. However because of the financial advice I received from Katherine Moore my faith has been renewed. I've already added a direct deposit to my checking account and will shift some of my other banking activities back to B of A.
