“I was referred to this location for minor service issue. I will first start by saying this far in 2022, the industry in itself has been chaotic. From pandemic concerns to pending supply and demand issues, it’s been 100 mph for most in the industry. I was referred to Abba who was nothing less than helpful. He took a call from me and advised the driver as to the issue. He also scheduled us right in on a Saturday considering the work load that they have. Thanks to Abba and the front office for helping us! I will be returning.”

Yes, I get aggravated with some new rules that all banks follow like scheduling appointments to open accounts, or deposit boxes, scheduling most stuff now due to industry regulaton changes, lobbies being closed due to being short staffed cause most want to live off still-continued, increased unemployment benefits, and the like. But Heather and that crew have been helpful+ wherever they can. EDIT: Oh yeah, plus you still get to them by dialing number provided and pressing 3. Not many banks can claim that thes days.”
