After difficulties with the power company being unwilling to turn my power back on after a storm, Neal came in and provided the fix same day, was up to all standards and provided the power co the level of comfort needed to bring the power back on for my wife and I. Neal was professional, timely, and new what was needed to get the job done. Would have likely had to go to a hotel if it wasn’t for Neal due to temperatures dropping and our power having been off for multiple days.
