(September 28, 2020, 10:12 am)The first time I attended a yoga class, I was pretty nervous to be honest. Shena provided a calm, relaxing atmosphere and made me feel totally comfortable as a newbie! She focused on multilevel classes that included all ages and skill levels. It’s wonderful to participate in a welcoming and just all around “feel good” space! Get Bent Yoga is a win win!
