“Lisa was phenomenal with helping us in our application and move-in process. She really went above and beyond for us. I so appreciate the great care and patience she's shown as someone part of the management team. Since being here, I've noticed that the entire front office is very courteous and kind. My presence is always acknowledged, even if it's just a simple hello. When it comes to our unit, my roommate and I really like it. For me, the best feature is the extra security on the door, given that we are both young women. But the sizable windows and fresh coats of paint that I'm guessing were applied before we moved in also earn high marks. The nitty gritty details are that you can tell the units are somewhat older, but the property has put great effort into maintaining them. Overall, I don't think we could have gotten a nicer or better place to stay! I look forward to continuing to see what all The Atlantic Vinings has to offer in service, quality, and value during our lease. I will update my review as I see fit, especially if any issues arise, but for right now I am very happy and satisfied. I am loving this place!”

“Superb moving service! From my first phone call answered by Robert, this service put a smile on my face! I even switched moving days with no penalty! Iris (I hope I have her name correct) was the sweetest handling my date change! Then, the actual move-- James and his crew were top-notch professional movers who handled all of my belongings with care & skill beyond my expectations! Their respectful, polite attitudes made me feel safe with their service. They communicated amongst themselves effectively during the move. Lastly, the icing on the cake, nothing occurred that wasn't explained upfront. The order of business and charges were consistent with what I was initially told; no waiting or delays, no hidden costs, no surprise fees, no trumped up penalties. If moving service gets better, I'd like to experience it, just for proof. Otherwise, I'm calling Two Men and a Truck (preferably James & crew) over & over, for every move!”

“I met Bob and Debbie around 2007 directly after a very personally difficult divorce process preceding the sale of our home. Also during this time, the housing market bubble burst and houses were not selling as fast as they were prior to the crash. Against all odds I was still determined to sell. One day I received a postcard in the mail that was an advertisement for Bob and Debbie’s real estate business. At this time my house had already been on the market for a year and I had not received any offers. I decided to call them to see if they could help. They came on board and boy was I impressed. I had not experienced such organization, motivation, creativity, and a well-planned detailed presentation until they arrived. In addition, Debbie, being the charming person that she is, always had a smile and laughter for us to share. After putting in two years of hard work and dedication they were finally able to negotiate a short sale deal which literally saved me from a personal break down…. {I have to add that during the lonnnnngggg 2 years of trying to sell during the market crash, I had more one on one contact with Debbie and; there was never a feeling of giving up, Debbie never got tired, she was never negative, she always had a smile, was able to listen to my gripes and my concerns, she always made time to talk when I needed her, was always reachable, and was always, always, patient, I could go on and on.} Debbie and Bob are a great team and I am so lucky to have had the opportunity to benefit from their expertise and dedication that they have for their career. I continue to refer them to all of my friends and coworkers and have once again benefited from their hardwork. I am now again a happy home owner. “Anna Ryder is an awesome realtor. I told Roby Rankins I had a realtor who was a pussycat rendering me homeless for 4 months, I told him I needed a pitbull. Anna had me in a contract in 7 days, I wish I had not wasted time with the other realtor. She found me the perfect home, with every single feature I wanted. Then she (bared her teeth) took the aggressive approach with the sellers agent and with the lender, literally. We went under contract March 4th and I had my keys by March 23!! “My family and i were in the process of relocating from Maryland to Georgia i literally had one day to find a place and get to Georgia in time to start my new job the following week, just when i thought it was impossible the property manager Ms Kathy and the leasing agent Tiffany made the process easy even though i was still in Maryland they both were willing to work with me i was so excited when i got the call saying i was approved and my unit was ready for me to move right in!!!! We moved in that weekend maintenance responded to my issues right away we love our new apartment and Ms Kathy and Tiffany are the absolute best the true definition of angels on earth..”
