“WORTH THE READ - NEW AMAZING MANAGEMENT!!! I seriously don’t do reviews even if a company tells me to leave a good review. Not because I don’t like the service, but because I’m simply not interested in writing it. Okay, this is besides the point. I tend to be a perfectionist, so after reading the bad reviews for this location, I requested that my order was to be delivered through a different location. I was blunt about it to the manager. I told him that this order was very special to me. The manager wasn’t pushy or even mad at my reasoning. He suggested that I could talk to corporate to make that change. He also informed me that this location switched management on December 1st of 2021 and has completely rewritten how this location done things. I told him if he promised to do everything with love, I would let this location take my order. And he absolutely did that! I wanted to update my order from half strawberries dipped to all the strawberries dipped and he made that change with no additional charge to show me that my faith was in good hands. In addition, the manager even took the time out of his night to text me a picture of the final results and it came out absolutely perfect. The quality of fruits were divine and the delivery was effortless If you want to be treated like family, do yourself a favor and come here!!!”

As an event planner myself, I was somewhat control-obsessed over my day, but I can confidently say that Courtney and her team exceeded my expectations. From the initial planning meetings to the last minute ends to be tied, I was pleased with the execution of our special day. I appreciated Courtney’s attention to detail on the day-of and she made sure that my husband and I were properly taken care of. All the bouquets (especially mine) were so beautiful that I almost cried when it was handed to me! The decor was beautiful and surpassed anything that I could ever imagine.
