Greg and his team made an unexpected life event so smooth. Our dog turned our stove on while we were out and smoked the whole house out. While we were lucky it wasn't worse, but the house reeked of smoke and soot was found across the house. Greg showed up immediately and was so professional, calm, and walked me through the whole process. His expertise and team fully executed everything they said they would do. I am amazed at how quickly everything in our life went back to normal. I immediately trusted him and his team and they 100% backed their word up with incredible work and an aggressive timeline. He uses only trusted contractors and they also did amazing work. Our house is better than it was before and we had just finished a renovation before this happened. XSI is nothing short of a dream team and heroes in my book!!!

My family had an excellent experience working with XSI Disaster Services. We called them after discovering a toilet leak that heavily damaged a bathroom and the basement floor underneath it. The team was always prompt, and gracious about working around our challenging schedule. They were knowledgeable and helped me navigate the insurance process so I received a fair assessment of damage and reconstruction. (This was not easy task!) The team did a great job replacing the basement floor so it looks exactly like it did before – we loved the original flooring. The bathroom reconstruction also went smoothly. A few minor hiccups along the way were expected and quickly remedied. We ended the project not with a construction crew, but with friends. Jason, Randy, Garret, Carlos – thank you! You made a stressful, time-consuming project as pleasant as possible with plenty of laughs along the way. I’m still planning to frame a picture of the ugliest wallpaper the world’s ever seen…

When we had water damage in our home, XSI Disaster Services came immediately to help. They quickly found the source of the problem and started the clean up process. They are professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and kind. While I hope we won't need disaster services in our future, they will be the first call I make if we do! I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful group of professionals to work with! Walking through a fire that gutted the Olde Homeplace, Greg and Rodney took diligent notes and kept constant communication throughout the whole process of the restoration.
