I love it here. The ladies and men at the gate are extremely nice and helpful. As well as all of the personnell at the facility. You get right in a door and quick loading. Excellent place for drivers. No parking but you’re not far from a couple truck stops. They are very kind with gifts for driver appreciation week as well.

This location is one of my favorite places to drop and pick up. The staff members at the gate , are friendly ,courteous and professional. I wish other distribution centers ran as smoothly as this one does. you guys should give training on how a distribution center should be ran .keep up the good work.

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. Can check in at 6am. It’s about 5-10 min checking in at gate. Go to door. Slide tandems. Full disconnect from trailer. The bring paperwork to you when done. About 3.5 hrs from arriving to leaving including waiting in line to check in. Check your trailer after unloading. They threw a lot of scrap in mine.

The two females at the Austell Guardshack is so nice. I wish I experienced this at all my pickup locations. They also gave me a huge bag of candy for drivers appreciation week. 😁
