Crystal and Arica at Chase were beyond helpful this week. My wife and I had a savings account that was mismatched to our checking, and we were getting charged a significant monthly fee. She was able to refund the fees, switch the account, and even helped us refund our checks (since the account we should have had comes with free check books).
