They didn't have what I needed, but steered me in the direction they thought would resolve my issue.

My wife and daughter were in the St. Louis area visiting our son and newborn granddaughter. They had a minor accident on interstate 170. I traveled there to make the repairs from Central Illinois. This location was beyond helpful and accommodating. Pete made this experience very easy and his insight and advice made the repair all that much easier.

This place is the BEST. We are from out of town and the alternator in our van went out right in front of the store. We were able to pull in and immediately got help from Jay and Deb who were able to get our part delivered to the store that day and called a mechanic to help. When that mechanic wasn’t able to finish, Dwayne stepped in and they also were able to find another mechanic quickly and even though we spent about 5 hours waiting at their store, they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Best people, best service, highly recommend.

Towne Plumber is awesome! Great communication, and the technician was right on time, was very knowledgeable and solved the issue! I did not need a new hot water heater, and he was honest to tell me that. This is my second experience with them, and I recommend them. 5 Stars!

The water heater they installed last year had a faulty part from the manufacturer. They came out and quickly replaced the part and was on their way. At no cost to me. Thanks again
