“Impact Initiative is not your typical physical therapy practice. Dr. Blake provides personized and 1 on 1 attention, creating physical therapy sessions tailored to your own drive and recovery goals. After my total knee replacement surgery, I wanted a motivating, "gym" like atmosphere to push me towards my goal of returning to full range of motion within 6 weeks. Dr. Blake created exercise routines I could do at home with the equipment I had. He adjusted based upon my progress or problem that arose, as well as monitored progress towards my goal. Not only was I walking again with full range of motion, I was back riding my horse at 6 weeks after surgery. Dr. Blake would be an excellent choice for athletes or anyone looking to regain or maintain their competitive performance or active lifestyles. I give 5 stars to Dr. Blake for helping me achieve my recovery goals after my knee replacement surgery and would highly recommend him to anyone motivated to achieve and maintain recovery goals quickly.”

“I got too painful on my teeth on March 15, 2022. I called Bluegrass Dental the following morning around 9 am because I have stayed with Dr. Anderson for more than 20 years. They managed to get me an appointment at 11 am. I went there and was diagnosed correctly with immediate treatment. The new dentist explained what was wrong and what should be done. And he did it. It only took 30 minutes or so. The pain was gone the following day and my tooth recovered completely as I am writing now. What I really appreciate are their prompt response and the best treatment strategy. I have no pain now and my tooth is kept.”

“I give this place five stars based upon the extraordinary customer service! The pharmacists always know who I am and greet me with the warmest welcome and never forget to hand me all of my medications. They are always understanding of any questions I may have and help me with all technology annoyances. These people make my day :) That being said, some of my medications take 3-4days to fill which is extremely long and gives me a lot of anxiety. I always have to follow up on them or else they don't get filled.”
