I own a landscaping route and even though there are other places to buy Stihl equipment I would rather drive miles out of the way to go here instead. They helped me with my issues way before they knew I was buying anything. Helped me fix my old equipment before they knew I was going to buy a few pieces of equipment today and they were happy to do so.
