Happy Boaters

I bought a trailer from David last week for my 20’ pontoon. I drove from NC to pick it up and was rear ended on 85 on my way home. It was a hit and run, the driver waited until I got out of my car and took off. I texted a few photos to David while on the side of the road waiting for the police to come and make a report. We talked back and forth about some different parts I needed to repair it in the following days and to my surprise I just received a box from ups containing the parts I needed plus a can of touch up paint. David sent these to me and said it’s on the house, no charge. I’d give the place 6 stars if it were an option.

David was VERY helpful and even went out of his way to help me as a newer boat owner. I will definitely be purchasing my boat trailer from Happy Boaters (now I see where they got their name from).

We came from Belle Chasse, LA to buy a boat trailer. Dave was a pleasure to work with. We got a brand new, great trailer for a great price. He was a great guy and we would recommend anyone who is looking for a new trailer to contact him! Definitely worth the drive!

I have a small, old john boat with old outboard that most people dont really want to mess with unfortunately. David and Mark didn’t mind Me dropping it off to diagnose my problems and get it fixed up. They did an awesome job at a very fair price and did it quickly in my opinion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a boat of any size. I for one will definitely be using them if need be in the future. Very fair and very honest.

Dave is a great guy. I drove down from Lexington KY to buy a boat. He was honest about everything on the boat. The boat runs great and better yet I had a few issues with the boat after bringing it home and he has done EVERYTHING a man can do to help me with the few minor issues. He answers the phone on Saturday and will help you figure something out if you need it. He has not ever not taken my call. Great guy and he will be finding my next boat for me. Thanks Dave.
