“First I would like to start with the selection and pricing of their new and used boats. Nice selection of both, and very fair pricing. If I didn't have a specific boat in mind when I visited their store, I would have a choice of multiple other boats that sparked my interest. Second, the staff was awesome. I never felt pressured, and Stephen was an awesome salesman. He was friendly, down to earth, and very attentive to my needs as a customer. I felt like I had a long time friend working at this Marine Center, even though I never met him before. He is an asset to this store. Jada was also very attentive, and put together a nice packet of brochures related to my boat and engine. Joe took me on a test drive, and answered many questions I had on the boat and engine. Finally, Jennifer the owner, was very friendly and personable. All in all, Specialty Marine was a great place and I would highly recommend giving them a visit if you are looking for a new or used boat.”

“I can't say enough good things about this family run Penske in NSB. The Taylors greeted me by my first name right when I walked in. Everything was already prepared and I was on my way in no time. The Taylors are awesome. The facility and the trucks were spotless. The truck I got was a GMC that was practically brand new. It looked, smelled and drove like new. No issues whatsoever. It had great seats and was super comfortable. Even the back was spotless. Down the road I had a question about my reservation and was able to reach customer service quickly and easily. Penske really does a great job at taking care of their customers. I can't say enough good things. The total experience was amazing. And this truck was larger and less expensive than the competition... Thanks to the Taylors, I will always use Penske moving forward.”
