“On Feb. 16, 2023, I showed up at Station 16 and rang the doorbell. I could not make it to the hospital. Men ran out snatched me out of the truck and into ambulance working on me from all sides trying to get air in my lungs and get overworked heart to chill. I believe there were 4 men and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, professionalism and speed. “Our 18 month old was accidentally locked in the car with the keys in the car. SJCFD, SJCSO and SAPD all showed up within 5 minutes of being called and worked diligently to get her out. The 911 operator called Pop A Lock who was able to get the car unlocked. With the speedy response of all of these men, our baby girl is doing great. We can’t thank all of you enough for a great job well done.”

“I don't know where to put this review but paramedics saved my life in 2018 to. I had hit rock bottom and tried to take my own life. There was also a pilot involved. I'm not allowed to talk about this with my family because it will upset them. But I just wanted to thank those people very deeply for giving me a 2nd chance. It takes a special person to be a paramedic, firefighter, and police. They all saved my life in 2018. I should have thanked them then but I'm a late bloomer, I always say..."
