Gertrude Rentals

From the start, our vacation in Gertrude's Siesta Key Village Beach House was fantastic -- no detail was left unattended from the beach chairs and the wagon to transport the chairs and umbrella to the perfect amount of coffee for our stay - even along with my favorite sweetener Stevia.  The rooms were perfect for our family of four and Dan, our host, was also available by text or phone to let us know how to operate anything in the house to giving us recommendations for food, massages or anything else Siesta Key.  It is also perfectly located -- one block from Siesta Key Village and one block from the greatest sand on any beach in the world. I highly recommend Gertrude's Village House for anyone visiting Siesta Key.

I'm writing this review a few weeks after our stay. I don't often write reviews so I kept forgetting, but I wanted to give Gertrude's its well-deserved praise. Dan is responsive, accommodating, and reasonable. My adult niece was impressed with all of the small amenities that were provided (a few bottles of water, beach items, and so forth), and she encouraged me to write this review as well. Our "Canal View" rental was in a great location, and we couldn't have asked for more. It's safe, clean, and quiet. The other half of the duplex was occupied by adults, but we had no issues being a family with kids. It was our first time on Siesta Key, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Dan again. Thanks.
