(June 30, 2023, 12:30 pm)We had an amazing girls trip on siesta key staying at siesta zen. The location was fabulous. Just a short walk to the beach and the village. The unit was clean and comfortable. Everything we could of needed was included. Dan was a pleasure to work with and incredibly helpful! We will be returning, hopefully sooner than later!
(June 29, 2023, 9:35 pm)We just stayed at Hoppys Beach house at Siesta Key, and it was wonderful. The location was great, just steps from the beach and a short walk to the village. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was nice and relaxing as well. Thank you again Dan for providing us a perfect place to stay...we will definitely be back.
(May 23, 2023, 12:10 pm)Just back from staying at the Gertrude Village House in Siesta Keys Florida. First and foremost I would like to say that Dan our point of contact for this rental property was amazing!! He was very attentive and quick with his response to any questions that I had prior to and while we were there.
The Gertrude Village House was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. There was plenty of room for 6 girls. The property was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was great to have linens/bath towels along with beach towels ,chairs ,wagon and umbrella provided for the beach. Dan even provide 2 bottles of wine to help us start our vacation! (: Do not second guess renting this property.
We also couldn't have asked for a better location. The property was located 1 block from the beach and the Village was basically right in our back yard.
The Gertrude Village House provided such a tropical island feel that the only problem we had was we couldn't stay longer...
Thank you Gertrude Rentals and Siesta Keys for provided us with such a memorable mini vacation! We will be Back! (:
(May 13, 2023, 5:15 pm)Dan was an absolute joy to work with from beginning to end. As a 21 yr old, I found it hard to find someone willing to rent to my group & he assured me every step of the way of any questions we had. He even allowed us an early check in of a whole 3 hours sooner, unheard of & extremely appreciated. The whole home smelled clean, and had everything we could think of. He provided a detailed description of what to do on the island. Plus the pool area was well kept, and stayed warm all day! I hope to stay with Gertude rentals many times throughout my life!
(February 19, 2023, 3:21 pm)The location is absolutely perfect! We stayed at the village house with our young kids and had an amazing time. Siesta Key itself is great- but our trip was so enjoyable mostly because of where we stayed. The village in literally in the back yard, making it so easy to go to dinner, shopping, get coffees, etc. After seeing more of the island, we quickly realized that we had the best beach area. The beach access is a 4 min walk from the house, and this section of the beach is not nearly as wide as other parts. It was quick and easy to get down the access path, park our things, and get to the water. Dan was incredibly accommodating and responsive with any questions we had. We truly had an amazing time and can't wait to be back!
