Comfort Shoes Birkenstocks & More

I can’t say enough good about this shoe store! I live in Ohio but visit Siesta Key frequently, and purchased my first ever pair of Birkenstocks at this location a few years ago. I had been on the hunt recently for the Boston Clog style Birks, but seeing as they are very trendy again now, they are sold out literally everywhere in store and online. I finally remembered this amazing store and decided to call and see if they had a pair left and sure enough they had one left in my size! The woman who helped me over the phone was so kind and had them shipped out to me within 5 minutes of me calling the store. I received the pair of shoes a day and a half later with a handwritten thank you! I would 100% recommend this store to anyone. The customer service is unmatched!

Customer service just like the old days which you can't find any longer. The owner suggested the type of fit for the shoes to my particular foot. I would have never known that I needed a narrow in the Birkenstock!! I love paying for local, small business. The owner truly cares and it makes such a difference than the big box stores.

My grandson always wanted a pair of Birkenstocks. So we went in the store and the lady there was extremely helpful to him let him try on several pairs. He found the pair he liked. In fact he fell in love with them the good part where they were on sale. Would highly recommend anyone going into that store and perusing, they had really good prices and extremely helpful people.

Excellent selection of Birkenstocks! The gentleman/owner was VERY patient with accommodating my wife's unusually narrow foot (9.5 AAAA), and friendly. Purchased 3 pair of tropical colored Birks for her here since 2016, and she still wears them regularly! Look forward to shopping here again on next visit.
