“Family Tides- Once Upon A Tide Our family just completed an awesome 3 week vacation in Siesta Key. The upgrades that were done on the property with the lounge chairs around the pool, the deck chairs on the balcony and the new sleeper sofa in our unit were very much appreciated. The pool was well heated and kept very clean. We really appreciated the great support we received from Dawn and the entire Beachside Management staff when we had questions or wanted to make future reservations. We look forward to returning again for a 3rd straight year next Spring.”

“Was an amazing place to stay. It was perfect and a safe area for our kids. Maintenance was great the security guys are the best and were there 24 hours. Everything was perfect except the office lady inside. She was rude and made you feel extremely unwelcome. Our villa was so beautiful inside and you knew you were at the beach. I recommend you look at pics of the villa you want to stay in, because they are owned by different people. So every villa is going to be different inside.”

“Great location right on a beach. To rent an umbrella is $20 a day and no longer $15 like the condo owner listed on the information paper. We have 2 huge cockroaches crawled into the condo we were renting on a 7th floor. No idea how they ended up inside but I guess it’s one of the normal things on a Florida beach condo. The elevator in north building needs a maintenance, it’s seems to stock sometimes and shakes few inches up and down when stops.”

“Visited this shop for the first time about a week ago and absolutely loved it. The owner is absolutely fantastic - super friendly, incredibly helpful... can't say enough good things about her. The shop itself has a lot of great items, especially from local artists and vendors. A great selection. If I had more room in my suitcase, I would have bought more and certainly will be back to visit next time I'm in Siesta. Not sure if the owner ships, but if she does, would absolutely do that as well. Overall, a great shopping experience and you won't be disappointed!”

“Siesta Key is a special place for our family because we've had a timeshare condo toward the South end for 30-years. After spending time with the congregation of St. Michael, we feel even more "at home". We visited for Sunday mass and were convinced to come back for the Byrne Brothers Irish music concert that Friday. What a vibrant faith community! If you're looking for a spiritual home for one week, or all year, I recommend visiting St. Michael the Archangel!”

“Low tide tiki bar was such an awesome experience, so glad we did this during our stay in Sarasota! Your able to bring your own drinks and snacks which was nice, I would suggest definitely doing this during the day so your able to get in the water and also see the dolphins and sting rays! Matt was the best he made us feel so comfortable and had so many fun facts he shared about the island! Overall awesome time and if your are thinking about doing it, JUST DO IT!”

The boats are always in great condition and the variety of sizes and models makes it easy to accommodate any number of guests. “Stayed here in January this year and had the best time with my family. Easy parking once you get onto the property and each condo is so beautiful. The entire property has gorgeous Florida landscaping and I love seeing the lizards walk around! I got a condo with the bay view and we saw dolphins just about every morning swimming around. The pool is extremely nice as well and you can fish right off the docks around it. Best part is the beach and restaurants and water activities are all walking distance from the property! It doesn’t get a little busy on the bridge coming on so just plan to leave a bit early if need be. Overall great experience and I would definitely stay again!”

“Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club was nice not luxury nice but, pretty clean, had everything we needed and close to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms had plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. If you are going for a trip and don't care about frills and being on the beach...this was a pretty great location and on the trolly route as well as all the top powered rides. It was definitely worth the trip.”

“The Crescent Siesta Key is an extremely nice condo in a convenient location and on the beach. My one problem was that the bars across the street have live music every night and it is really loud. I couldn't enjoy sitting on the balcony and the noise could be heard inside the condo as well. Something to keep in mind if you are looking for a quiet vacation condo.”
